Our 2021 Nota Bene is a masterpiece of winemaking. It is hand-harvested, gently destemmed, and a true labour of love. Fermented with wild yeast and aged for 18 months in lightly toasted French oak barriques, it is a gorgeous blend of 42% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot.
 
This vintage captures the heat of the 2021 season with remarkable finesse, offering ripe red fruits, elegant tannins, and a long, satisfying finish.
